Accommodation

Accommodation is available for those who have registered for events. Accommodation will be provided at free of cost. Accommodation will be provided on first come first serve basis. Please note, that you will have to share the accommodation facility with participants from other colleges and requests in this regard will not be entertained. Each college must appoint a Contingent Head among themselves. Only the Contingent Head should contact the Hospitality Team for the purpose of Accommodation. Please note, the Contingent Head will be wholly responsible for the entire contingent Mattresses, blankets & pillows will be provided. Accommodation will be provided from 26th February 2015, 4:00 PM to 28th February 2015, 12:00 AM. In case of some members wishing to vacate while others wishing to stay back, the Contingent Head must approach the Accommodation Desk and intimate the team regarding any such modifications. Same rules are to be followed in case stay is to be extended Consumption of alcohol, narcotics, smoking or any other in disciplinary action in the institution premises will lead to severe action TSM will not be responsible for any loss of belongings NON- VEG FOOD IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE CAMPUS Limited accommodation for faculty accompany ing external participants
